For my March Photo Challenge I visited my local park to take photos of the wildfowl. Spring was in the air, as can be seen from the fighting moorhens… The swan was also rather combative, chasing off ducks who came too close.

LEARNING THE CRAFT OF NATURE AND WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY
This is my diary of the wildlife where I live in Oxfordshire, and sometimes the places I visit. I am a 14 year old young naturalist with a passion for British wildlife, especially Badgers and Hares. I have been blogging since May 2013 and you can read my old blog posts at www.appletonwildlifediary.blogspot.co.uk
I run a hedgehog hospital in York rescuing sick and injured wild hedgehogs. I make handmade silver jewellery inspired by nature and wildlife to raise funds for the hospital.
